Dejuan said the repairs took over two weeks longer than he expected. The business told him that waiting on parts caused the delay. The insurance company stopped paying for the rental vehicle, so he had to pay for the last two days he used it. He said he felt the business could have finished his vehicle sooner and he is very upset that he had pay out of his pocket for the rental vehicle.
