Jerome said there was a delay getting parts.The vehicle was in the service department for 2 weeks when it was discovered that the vehicle needed to be sent to this business. Parts had to be ordered and the insurance company had to do their part. The vehicle was in this business for 4 weeks. This business did call to alert Jerome to any delays in parts delivery. The quality of the workmanship was very good.
