Malcolm said they took too long with their vehicle and would not return their calls. It took two weeks and four days for the vehicle to be ready. He did not elaborate as to the reason for the delay or the length of it. His daughter had called the business and left messages but none of her calls were returned. They did not know what was happening to their vehicle until he called the business and demanded to know what was happening with it.
