Cynthia said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 3, because of one issue. She was pleased with the body work. However she had to pay out-of-pocket expenses for the rental vehicle, because the insurance company would only pay for 4-5 days of rental vehicle services. Cynthia stated it was an educational experience, the representatives were very nice, and she would take her vehicle back to the business for repair services. The repair service was late, because of the reasons above. She chose not to elaborate on how many days the repair service was late. Cynthia is assuming the business is trust worthy, and she trusts the representatives are performing the right work. Cynthia was kept adequately informed, and she was satisfied with the communication with the business, except she had to initiate all phone calls to get the updated information.
