Gloria said every time she called to check on her vehicle the receptionist transfered her to speak with the service department and it would go to voicemail, so she had call back and ask for her to page them. The receptionist would then put her on hold for a while, then come back and tell her that they were not answering the page. They eventually returned her call. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They told her it would be ready on Friday, but she didn't pick her vehicle up until Monday because they were still painting it.
