Spoke with Patricia. She said the vehicle was 3 weeks late. It was at the business a total of 6 or 7 weeks. There were problems with communication, the insurance company, and parts. The business did not call to let her know there would be a delay. Her husband went to pick up the vehicle and found out it was not ready. There had been no communication or updates about it up to that point and their phone calls had not been returned. A week after she first found out the vehicle would not be ready, her husband called to see if the vehicle was ready and learned that a part had not arrived. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated because Jeff and her husband became upset and almost argued in front of other customers. She chose this business because another business she used to go to no longer works with her insurance company.
