Spoke with Teresa. She said there wasn't a promised time given for the completion of the repairs. She was not kept informed with the status of the vehicle and had to continually call to get updates. Her contact person at the business never once called her therefore she was not satisfied with the way she was treated or the communication especially since she expressed her frustrations with the business manager. Because of the way she was treated, she would not recommend the business.
