Mallory said it took 1 week longer than the promised set date. She is not completely sure why it was delayed because she was given several stories and one of them was because the paint was still drying. She does not know the reason why she was not kept informed. She was not satisfied with the communication because they didn't call or let her know she was emailed updates on the repair.
