Rob said the business could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He said he thought the business would perform the best job on his vehicle because they would have the right parts, the right tools, and the expertise to complete the job. Every business should run their business like this one. The representatives are customer focused and they make sure the customer receives the best level of customer care. Dianne did an excellent job and she kept him updated via email each week. Every time he arrived at the business to check up on his vehicle the representatives were courteous. When he picked up his vehicle he noticed there were a few things on the list and the representatives were able to take care of the issues to his satisfaction.
