Geoffrey said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because they had his vehicle for 1 month. He was never promised a time when he would get his vehicle back. His vehicle was delayed because parts were difficult to find, and some parts were on back order. He was kept adequately informed torwards the end of the repair process, but not before.
