Kendrick said this business had horrible customer service. It took three weeks for the repair when one week was what he had been told. There was a parts delay. He had to call the business to get updates on his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the personnel or the communication for the reasons mentioned. He will not recommend them due to this experience.
