Lillie said that she rated a 3 for overall satisfaction because it took so long for her to get the vehicle back. She said that she found oil on the vehicle seats and the odometer reading indicated that her vehicle had been driven 31 miles. Lillie said that the people were nice but felt that they were too busy to call and keep her updated on the status of progress on her vehicle.

I agree it did take longer than we would have liked, Audi's are difficult to get parts for a times. Ms. Ware had a drivability concern that she reminded us of several times while the car was in for repairs, the Tech drove the car once, the Advisor drove the car once and I drove the car twice to make sure the concern was addressed. I will be glad to detail the car for the customer at her convenience.
