Kathryn said her vehicle was not ready when promised, because the business was supposed to have the vehicle for 7 days, but they ended up having it for 4 weeks. The bumper was not properly put on and the wrong paint was put on the vehicle. She also said she was not satisfied with the shop's communication, because she had to call them for updates, no one contacted her. She mentioned that the lady she spoke with on the phone was new and seemed like she did not know what was going on. She also mentioned that she would not recommend this facility to others, because her past experience was great, but this one was not.
