Stanley was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because it took 3 weeks to figure out the problem was the keys. The keys were taken back to the shop because they were not programmed correctly. He was given a brand new vehicle to drive while his vehicle was being repaired. He thought highly of the business and nobody else can fix his vehicle like they can.
