Spoke with Tracy. She said they had her make an appointment but when she dropped it off they said they'd had a busy weekend with a lot of accidents and it would take longer than they'd thought. That was weird because with an appointment she thought she'd be taken in before those who came later. Tracy wasn't sure if they promised a date and it took 3 weeks. However, she lives an hour away and took pictures of the damage because she didn't want to drive in just for the estimate, so that could be part of why it took longer than she'd thought. Her Lexus was only 6 weeks old and she'd bought it from the affiliated dealership and she chose this facility because she wanted to make sure she brought it back to them. Tracy was very pleased with her experience, and she's very pleased with everything with the affiliated dealership.
