Sahar said it took 39 days longer than the promise set date. They told her they called to keep her informed during the repair process but she never received a call. She does not know the reason why she did not receive a call. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because they added additional prices that was not needed for the repair. She said she was not satisfied with the way she was treated because they were very rude to her and they gave her no options on what kind of rental she wanted. She ended up paying $2015 out of pocket for the days her vehicle was at the business when they promised her 1 week. She said they could serve her better by being nice and having better customer service. Those are also the reasons why she would not recommend this business.
