Rodney said the staff had parts and shipping issues, because they mis-ordered the parts. The repair service was about 3-4 weeks late. There was an electronic checking failure. As a result, he had to void his check, and also place the charges on his credit card. The quality of the work looked good. They also had to initiate phone calls to get updated information regarding their vehicle. The staff would not return any courtesy phone calls. Each time they initiated a phone call to find out when their vehicle would be ready, there would always be a different excuse. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above.
