David said it took twice as long for them to finish the job. He said the work was good, but it took way too long because they were backlogged. He wasn't kept informed during the repair process and they wouldn't return his calls. He had to call the main office to get them to contact him. He wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated for the above reasons and he wasn't satisfied with the communication because they didn't return his calls. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
