Robert said they told him his vehicle would be ready on a Friday but they called him back an hour later to tell him that someone was leaving early so his vehicle would not be ready until Monday. He was concerned because the fact that the result of one man leaving causes his vehicle to be delayed. The business only called him twice in two weeks He was not satisfied with the communication because they only communicated with him two times. He would recommend the business but he would mention that the business might not have the vehicle ready on time. Overall, he said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair.
