Tammy said her vehicle was four weeks later than expected. The person who was working on her vehicle's case left, whether she quit or what, Tammy isn't sure. All of the paperwork was left on the woman's desk and no one had bothered to take up the case load. The only communication she had was one call from the woman dealing with her case and the insurance company. She went down to the business to ask about her vehicle and the manager said he would call her but he never did. So far the quality of the work on her vehicle is nice but she would not recommend the business to others. She went to the business because she believed they would be the best. The business was very friendly to her but as far as doing what needed to be done as a business, she is not satisfied.
