Dori said they spent the afternoon waiting for the vehicle only to be told that it was not ready. She said a gentleman told them they were having a luncheon and it was not ready. They did some shopping and came back. She was told that they could not take the vehicle home because there was a problem with a light coming on. There were a lot of missed dates. The cost was $2,000 more than the estimate. The front desk was nice but the gentleman that told her about the luncheon they were having was not. There was no apology for the delay of her vehicle. She would not recommend them for the reasons stated.
