Nancy said it took longer than what they said. Her vehicle was delayed 2 days because of parts. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. They didn't communicate with her. She wasn't told there was going to be a delay until she was ready to pick up the vehicle. She had left messages but they never returned her calls. Her representative at the business didn't keep her informed. She wasn't happy with the communication. The work was good.
