TIME FACTOR WAS BASED ON THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO LOICATE USED VALVE COVER FOR CECIL. ONCE LOCATED WE HAD TO SHUTTLE TO GET PART.
ANOTHER TIME FACTOR IS DUE TO ADDITIONAL TEST WE DID @ NO CHARGE FOR DRIVABILITY CONCERNS. TEST CONFIRMED CECIL ALSO NEEDED CATALYTIC CONVERTER. PRICED ESTIMATE, CECIL DECLINED AND FOUND CHEAPER PRICE.
