I had to go to another alignment shop and spend more money to get the problem corrected. When I again returned, the manager at Top Performance refused (with attitude) to give a refund--I was very polite in asking for the refund. I will be doing a charge-back with my credit card company.
I will not do business with them based upon the ineffective work, and very uncooperative attitude when I requested the refund. I also would not recommend this place to any of my friends.
I wasted many hours of my valuable time and extra money because of their ineffective work.
Very disappointing experience.
