Marina said she had a very bad experience because her vehicle was not fixed to her satisfaction and is having many issues. The service was not good at all. As she was driving, the hood pops up. She is afraid that it will do that all the way and block her view as she's driving on the freeway. The bumper is loose and it rattles. The paint does not match and is a different color of white. The check engine light is on and it was damaged on the top near the windshield while it was there. She is taking the vehicle in tomorrow and wants them to explain exactly what was done because she feels things were moved around. The vehicle was ready a week later than promised and no reason was given to her. She was not kept adequately informed. She would show up and was told it was not ready. She was not informed on the estimate. Kim was very nice and helpful, but this does not take care of the issues with the vehicle. She was not happy with the communication because no explanation was given as to what was done to the vehicle. She is not recommending this business for all these reasons.
