Theodore said he rated his experience 1 because they didn't tell him what was wrong with his vehicle, they didn't tell him what they were going to do with the vehicle, and they didn't tell him about anything until it was fixed. The quality of the repair was excellent, but he didn't feel he was treated well and he didn't know if he'd go back because of the customer service. They told him it was ready, but when he came to pick it up, it wasn't ready, and they told him they'd let him know. He didn't know why because they didn't explain anything. The whole thing kind of upset him and his insurance adjustor was kind of upset, too. They didn't even tell the insurance company what was going on, and they had to keep calling. There was no problem with the insurance company but once the vehicle got to the Ford side, it was rocky. Even though they did good work, if he had to have another repair, he might go to another business. His insurance agent called the manager and left a message asking the manager to call him back, but the manager never called back, so his insurance adjustor saw what Theodore was experiencing. Theodore has no hard feelings so he'd still recommend them. If a person has a Ford, they have to go to Ford if they want it done right. Other than the customer service, he was satisfied.
