Jeff said he did not hear from the employee he was dealing with and he did not get to pick up his vehicle. He was not able to get to work on Monday as a result. When he got his vehicle back, the emblem on the front was gone and the check engine light was on. He said he could have at least been notified about it. He did not have a good experience. His vehicle was delivered to his house and it was supposed to be done on a Friday. It was a business day late and he was not sure why. He was told by someone at the business that a note was left to the detail group but it was not followed. Due to the issues he has had, he was not satisfied with the way he was treated. He was not satisfied with the communication because his vehicle was not delivered on time. They did a fine job with the repair, but he would not recommend them over what has already been shared.
