Alfred said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1, but if he could he would rate the overall experience a -5, because of 1 issue. Alfred stated the representatives screwed up and painted the bumper the wrong color. The repair service was completed 1 day late, and he wasn't given a reason for the cause of delay. He was advised the repair service would be completed in 3 days. He arrived on the fourth day, and he had to call to remind the representatives he needed his vehicle on Friday. It wasn't until he advised he had an urgent matter, then they were able to get his vehicle completed. He wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because of the reasons above. He was able to pick up his vehicle at noon on the fourth day. He wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because of the reasons above. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because he dropped off the vehicle, and the representative advised he would call if there was anything additional. He had to call regarding his vehicle. The representatives were very nice, but the quality of the information was just not there. He would not recommend the business, because painting the bumper the wrong color is not acceptable. When he picked up his vehicle last Friday, the representative advised he would get in touch with him on Monday. He still has not heard back from the representative regarding the bumper issue.
