Farid said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they left his vehicle at an unsafe place and it started hailing, now there is hail damage. It took 1 week longer than the promised set date because of the hail damage and that he had to use his insurance to repair it. He said he rented a vehicle out of pocket and they gave him a 6 or 8 cylinder vehicle. He is losing lots of money because of the gas. He was not kept informed and doesn't know why. He had to go there himself and pick it up after it was done. He said he does not know if he was satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he had 2 estimates done with 2 different people and doesn't know who to believe because there was a $1200 difference between the two. There was a lack of communication which he was not satisfied about, he called himself the entire time. He requested to trade in his brand new vehicle for a newer one with the sales business that is connected with this business but they told him they would take $10,000 off the value of the vehicle since it has hail damage and he paid a couple of thousand dollars for an extended warranty which will go down the drain. They should accept responsibility and take the blame for what happened to his vehicle because they left it at an unsafe place and knew before hand the hail was coming because there was severe weather updates that were broadcasting during that time.

wow if we had only been open that day to bring your car along with the other 400 cars on our lot that also got hit by the same storm. Sorry for the inconvience thid caused you
