Ester said she rated her overall experience a 1, because they kept her vehicle for 30 plus days and they told her several different times that her vehicle would be ready on that day, but it never was. They continually told her that the parts they ordered had arrived, but when her adjuster called, they admitted that they hadn't. She wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because they forgot to put her lug nuts back on and they also forgot to put the clamps on the protection skirt that is under her vehicle. Her vehicle was ready at an unspecified amount of time past the time it was promised, due to the business's communication. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because she felt she should have been contacted more often and she wasn't. She wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel, for the same reasons mentioned. She wasn't satisfied with the business's communication for the same reasons mentioned. She wouldn't recommend the business for service for the same reasons mentioned. She chose to go to the business, because she got her vehicle repaired there last year and the one she dealt with was Jessie Torres and he was excellent. He was very up front with her and honest. He took care of everything and she never had any problems, which is why she decided to come back, but she learned that Jessie had moved on to work with an insurance company. She was very disappointed with the business and will not be returning.
