Rafael said on a 1 to 5 scale he would rate his overall experience with this business a 6. He stated he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they didn't complete the work on his first visit. He explained he didn't check out his vehicle until he got home, and he discovered they hadn't installed a part, the bumper wasn't fixed correctly, and the paint work wasn't done properly. Rafael pointed out they had to order a part, and his vehicle wasn't ready when promised because he had to return to this business 2 or 3 times to get the work done correctly. After the part was delivered and installed he went to pick up his vehicle, but couldn't because they hadn't painted the part. Rafael chose not to detail the other reasons he had to return to this business or the delay length, but the entire process took 2 to 3 weeks. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because no one called him with status reports. He had to call this business for vehicle updates. He was not satisfied with this business's communication, because of the above issues. Rafael commented because of all the issues he experienced with this business he will not return to them in the future, nor will he recommend them to others. He concluded the gentleman who helped him during his experience was very good.
