Vivian said she was told her vehicle would be ready and got a ride to the business but it was not ready. She did not elaborate on how much longer it took or if they gave a reason for the delay. When she drove off the vehicle was vibrating and she had to take it back to the business. They fixed it to her satisfaction but she would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned. The business did come highly recommended to her.

Sorry we had a misunderstanding on when the car would be done.  Regarding the vibration, this was our first time working on the vehicle and it is somewhat worn out.  The idle speed control valve sticks and we taped it and the idle came back up to normal, no vibration.  This had nothing to do with us as we had not worked on this at all.  WE did a starter and a trans service.  The added on trans service was what caused us to need the car for a longer time.  We are sorry that she is unhappy, hopefully she will give us another chance.
