I brought my Yaris in for a few recall fixes. Chris asked me if there was anything else I needed, I said yes, an oil change. Normally $69 he said they had a coupon for that month brought it down to $39, great! He certainly didn't have to inform me of the coupon, but it was a smart move because I might have opted out of the full price. The one thing I was apprehensive about bringing my car to a dealer for service is that there would by high pressure/high dollar fixes recommended and i was pleasantly surprised, there was one fix, but not urgent so there was no pressure.
