It always has been a great place with friendly personnal.
I was a bit disappointed to have to wait for someone to get my information so I could go with my granddaughter who offered to take me home. She had to go to work so the delay rather annoyed me. Usually, we get immediate service. I will go there again.

138K miles and still running great!
I trust the service department (mainly Troy) to proactively help me keep my 2000 4Runner in great repair - for 13+ years old, she's in great shape!

Good-but sketchy about added on recommended services.
The person in charge of my service was great. But I didn't appreciate the person who checked me in (different guy) adding on $250 of extra recommended services automatically to my bill for me to sign and agree to. When I questioned the substantial difference in price he was a bit pushy about these being recommended services and finally gave in saying that I could get those at a different time. He proceeded to cross them off my bill. When I paid at the end of the service I asked the guy who was in charge of doing the service about it and he said that they were absolutely not necessary and that he would not have added them on automatically. I found that fairly frustrating. So if I hadn't been comfortable and confident enough to question the extra charges before hand I would have paid $250.00 extra for something not needed.

Apart from that everything was fine. Just make sure you have a good idea of how much things should cost approximately before they start the service.

Great Service
We always have a great experience at Lake City Way Toyota. It is where we always have our truck serviced. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on this review is that they forgot to call us to inform us our truck was ready for pickup. Other than that, I highly recommend having any service done here!
