My Prius was nearing time for service, but I had not yet scheduled an appointment when I had a family emergency that required me to drive a few thousand miles. I dropped in at opening time and asked if the service department could squeeze me in before my departure. They did, and finished my service up quickly so I could leave town. This was greatly appreciated.
