Review for Toyota of Puyallup

My appt when long (3 hours) and was given 10% off the two issues I had. Unfortunatly I don't remember the girl's name at the desk, but she deserves a pat on the back. I came back the next day because instead of 10% they had taken 100% off one of the issues I had. I was told that the ticket was closed, but I would have gladly paid the difference. The staff is exceptional there!
