Mickey said his service adviser seemed a little drifty because she had a lot of things going on so the communication was not very good. He said a few other service people helped rectify the issues and everything turned out okay. He also really appreciates the business including Mike, Lori, Brian, Jerry and Jeff because they all have done a good job.
