Hello and thank you so much for the feedback. I see during your last visit that we cleaned, adjusted, and sanded your rear brake shoes. Does the squeak condition still exist after that? I'm sorry to hear that is the case! If we need to further address this, please contact me personally. I think Toyota would like to hear from us on a Dealer Product Report and we may need to get some advice from them on what to do next. Please let me know. We definitely do not want or expect you to be driving around in squeaky brakes.
