"Unhappy"
After the service was done, we watched an employee park the truck out front. It sat there finished for over 30 minutes before my wife finally went to ask about it. After we got home, we noticed some body damage on the rear quarter panel on the drivers side. We called the service department to find out what happened, we have to take it back down on Tuesday for a manager assessment because managers don't work the weekends.
