1. When we make an appointment time (11am), honor it by starting work on our vehicle when we arrive. It sat in the reception area for 14 minutes before pulling in to change the oil. Three guys were standing shooting the breeze. We were prompt and our time is valuable. It was a little frustrating to do what we needed to do to be there at our appointed time and not served on time.
2. When you promise a car wash. If vacuuming is part of it, they did a really poor job of it. Whoever is doing that work does not have much pride in their work... it shows. My wife pulled everything out of the way expecting a vacuum and they could have pulled the mats out and vacuumed around and under them. It was not a major mess to start with.. so it should have been an easy task. Only sharing it because our expectation was not met. Perhaps we need to lower them a little? If you do not vacuum as part of a car wash... my honest apologies for expecting it.
