Spoke with Rae. She stated that the overall service was fine except that one of her hub caps was broken during the visit. The business has told her to go a head and replace it and they would reimburse her for the cost. Rae said that it is a pain in the butt because it is an aftermarket part and she has to buy a set, she cannot just buy one. She is trying to get in touch with the business to see what they want her to do or if they could just handle it for her but she has to talk to the business about the situation. Rae explained that other than the hub cap issue the service was fine.
