Sara said that this business tried to charge her for a tire that was still under warranty. She said she had called this business earlier in the day to make sure that the tire was free, they told her at that time it was. They told her that she needed a new air filter because the one in the vehicle was dirty. She did not get the air filter but later that evening went to a parts store and purchased a new air filter. When she looked at her air filter it was clean. She said the quality of service at this business has been on a decline since she purchased her 5 Toyotas. She is sorry to say that she cannot recommend this business to others because they are dishonest. She is currently shopping around for another service business. She would like this business to serve their customers better by being honest and not overcharging. She stated that back in May this business told her she needed a new battery. She pointed out that it is now October and that battery is still working fine.
