Marc said he went into the business to have his brake pedal looked at. The business told him the vehicle would be ready around 4pm. When he got into the business to pick up his vehicle is was ready for him. However, while driving away from the business he noticed that the issue he was experiencing with the brake pedal was still there. He figured it was too late to go back to the business to do anything about it, he just continued with his plans. When he came out of the grocery store he noticed that the front lip of his vehicle, 30 percent of it was curbed. The front lip was destroyed. He called the business and told them about the issue and he was basically blamed for the entire thing and called a liar. His vehicle is immaculate so there is no way he could have done it himself. The service manager told him that he believed him when Marc brought up checking the video recordings. Marc brought the vehicle back to the business and the delay on the vehicle is on going. They are trying to fix up the paint work. He mentioned calling the business and leaving a long ranting message. When he picked up the vehicle it was very obvious that they had just painted over the scratches. Right now the vehicle is still at the business while they attempt to fix it. He will not recommend the business he wasn't satisfied at all.

Upon inspection by manager, it could not be determined as to exact time or location damage to front valance occurred. The vehicle was not lifted into the air for inspection/repairs so the damage would not have come from the lifts. The scrapes were white and don't match any of the curbs/dividers in the service area. The vehicle was not driven over any curbs in our back lot, because there was no matching underbody damage (skid plates, etc). However, out of interest of customer satisfaction because the customer stated the damage occured while the vehicle was in our care, we replaced the entire front skirt/valance and paid for a new wheel for the customer.
