"Guard against robotic service"
Good Job. I would mention that the "Express Service" vs "General Service" signs give no indication that one is oil changes and the other is not. I waited ten minutes in the wrong line. Also in regard to robotic service, please take the time people need and don't rush over them, just to keep up productivity. Thanks.
