"Great customer service at the service desk."
The only improvement would be to get rid of the free oil change punch tags. I have been getting my oil changed there since 2006. In this day and age you cant keep track of how many visits I have made and give me the free oil change when I hit the mark. Get some programmers and automate that. Just think of the cost savings of not producing all of those tags and hole punches. Or are just hoping people just loose or forget their tags. Keep up the great customer service!
