"OK for your basic maintenance and service needs"
My service on this visit went fine, except for one thing - they indicated they couldn't check the cabin filter because the glove box was locked. I was sure it wasn't. When I received my car back, first thing I did was reach over and open the glove box - it opened no problem. Does not inspire confidence in their technicians if they can't open an unlocked glove box!!
