Glen said Toyota of Puyallup sends oil change reminders to him, but the records got messed up. The Toyota Headquarters sent him notices stating he didn't have his oil changed until 8,000 miles. Since it had been done around 5,000 miles, he asked why the records were mixed up. He was told they didn't send a bill to Headquarters for the Toyota Care Plan, because they gave him a complimentary oil change. When he asked his service advisor why they gave him a redundant oil change, which could have been saved until after his Toyota Care Plan was over, his service advisor got frustrated and had a tone of voice. He was told to speak with his salesperson, but Danny wasn't there. Glen said he was pleased with Don Wright, who showed him his leaking strut, so he could understand what happened.
