We brought our 2012 Toyota Highlander in to have the passenger door lock repaired under warranty due to the electronic lock not working. The repair was supposed to be covered under the certified preowned bumper-to-bumper warranty. The tech found the problem to be only a wire had come unplugged in the door and charged $120 to plug it in indicating that wasn't covered under warranty.
