"Great service administrators poor service."
Mechanics overlook small details that end up costing client in the end, have had multiple experiences where job was incomplete because of simple mistakes by the mechanic. Automatically going by the book and up-selling parts that were not warranted to fix the problem. Always cost a third more than expected.
