The repair was under warranty. When I first contacted the dealership about the repair, the service writer gave me a little bit of a runaround - saying the issue was between Toyota Corporate and me, the customer . However, after I contacted the general manager and told him that I expected the dealership's support throughout this process and he agreed, everything went very well.
